Kyle joined Fulcher Hagler as an Associate in September 2013 after graduating first in his class from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in May 2013. A native of Sparta, Georgia, Kyle is a 2006 graduate of John Hancock Academy and a 2009 graduate of the University of Georgia.
Kyle’s practice areas include all aspects of civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice and professional liability defense. He also assists the firm’s clients with matters involving products liability, railroad litigation, trust and estate litigation, family law, automobile insurance defense, and other general litigation matters.
A recipient of the Mercer Lawyer Scholarship, Kyle served as a Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review in law school. He received the George Waldo Woodruff Award of Excellence for graduating at the top of the Class of 2013.
Kyle holds a degree in International Affairs from UGA, which he earned in just three and a half years.
Kyle lives in Aiken County and enjoys tennis, cooking, traveling, and watching college basketball.
