Robert joined Fulcher Hagler as an associate in January 2019. Before joining the firm, he practiced intellectual property litigation at a firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. Robert assists the firm’s clients with matters involving insurance and local government defense, as well as other general litigation matters. Robert has experience litigating cases in multiple federal and state court jurisdictions, as well as advising on various intellectual property issues. Robert is a registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Robert is a 2013 graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia. He graduated in 2009 from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to law school, Robert was a charter boat captain on a small catamaran taking passengers on daysails in Beaufort, North Carolina.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys live music and spending time with his wife Kathryn and their two dogs.
