Scott is an accomplished attorney, licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina, with a strong presence in the legal community. Scott has been advising clients and helping them resolve disputes for more than 30 years.  Having served as lead counsel in thousands of cases, he recognizes the difference between conflicts that should be resolved early and amicably from those that merit going to trial.  His litigation experience includes a wide array of practice areas, but he focuses on civil rights, local government, construction, and commercial disputes.  He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Georgia.

Sonja Tate has been shepherding her clients through the litigation process for nearly 25 years.  Understanding that the most nerve-wracking part of litigation is not knowing what to expect, Sonja works to ensure that her clients, whether they be individuals, families or businesses, understand the process, the possibilities, and what to expect, giving them a better sense of control. An advocate for alternative dispute resolution, she became a certified mediator in 2018.

David practices both civil litigation defense and business law. As an associate, David has over three years of experience in a wide array of practice areas, including long term care defense and sales contract drafting and review. He is committed to working hard for every client, giving each matter his full attention and carefully guiding clients through whatever complex legal problems they may face. He seeks practical resolutions to disputes that best serve his clients’ interests and does not back down from a fight.
