Samuel J. Adams

Sam represents small businesses and lower middle-market companies in the healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and services industries, often serving as an outside general counsel for companies without an internal legal department. Sam assists clients with business formation and structure, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, operations, regulatory compliance, commercial real estate leasing and acquisitions, and commercial disputes. He takes the time to learn about his clients’ businesses and goals so that he can be a partner with them in the long-term growth of their businesses – not just answer their legal questions.

Kyle B. Waddell

Kyle Waddell is a partner on Fulcher Hagler’s litigation team, representing individuals and businesses in personal injury lawsuits and commercial disputes. Kyle approaches every client with the sincere desire to understand their needs and guide them through the often-unfamiliar litigation process. Kyle takes pride in preparing cases to be tried—or argued on appeal if necessary—while remaining alert to any opportunity to resolve a case favorably. This requires simultaneous attention to detail and big-picture thinking.

Dora H. Hogg

Dora Hogg’s primary practice area is employment law, representing employers.  Her experience in employment matters includes responding to charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, drafting policy manuals, counseling employers on discipline and terminations, drafting severance and release agreements, providing advice regarding compliance with federal and state law provisions including Title VII, American With Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act; and representing employers in employment litigation matters.  In addition to employment law, she also practices railroad law.

P. Kyle Perry

Kyle enjoys representing healthcare professionals, businesses, and individuals in high-stakes litigation across Georgia and South Carolina.  With over ten years of experience, he is comfortable advising clients through all aspects of case management, from pre-suit liability evaluations to assessing the risks and benefits of early resolution through trial and appeal, if necessary.
