Robert Hagler has been with Fulcher Hagler LLP since 1979. He concentrates his practice on commercial transactions and commercial litigation matters. During the course of his career, Mr. Hagler has assisted clients in the acquisition, sale, lease, development and financing of manufacturing facilities, hotels, shopping centers, distribution centers, supply houses, retail chain stores, apartment complexes and other commercial businesses and properties. He routinely negotiates and drafts complex buy/sell agreements, long-term commercial leases, multi-million dollar foreign and domestic supply agreements, confidentiality agreements, and employment contracts. He also is a seasoned commercial litigator, with a broad range of experience including complex real estate litigation, stockbroker fraud, and bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters. He also has expertise with corporate and business law, complex contracts and leases, securities fraud, banking, and probate disputes.
