Perry Kyle

Kyle enjoys representing healthcare professionals, businesses, and individuals in high-stakes litigation across Georgia and South Carolina.  With over ten years of experience, he is comfortable advising clients through all aspects of case management, from pre-suit liability evaluations to assessing the risks and benefits of early resolution through trial and appeal, if necessary.

In his time with Fulcher Hagler, Kyle has defended catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters involving medical negligence, automobile liability, construction, railroad litigation, and premises liability, as well as litigating numerous corporate and estate disputes. He has been a part of successful trial teams obtaining defense verdicts in multiple venues across the two-state area.  With several family members in healthcare, Kyle enjoys learning about the nuances of novel medical issues and defending providers in malpractice actions.

Kyle is a native of Sparta, Georgia, and an active member of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute.  He graduated summa cum laude and first in his class at Mercer University in 2013.  Kyle is admitted to all Federal and State Courts in Georgia and South Carolina.  In his spare time, Kyle enjoys playing tennis, experimenting in the kitchen, and traveling to new cities.  Locally, he remains involved with the Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art and Downtown Soul City.
