James W. Purcell began his career in 1976 as an Assistant District Attorney for the Augusta Judicial Circuit becoming the Chief Assistant District Attorney in 1977. Mr. Purcell joined the Fulcher Law Firm in 1982, becoming a partner within the Litigation Group in 1984.
Mr. Purcell has become an integral part of the firm’s Litigation Group and a respected attorney throughout the state of Georgia. His practice involves the defense of corporations such as a railroad company, and handling the defense of medical malpractice suits. With the firm’s litigation team, he is dedicated to providing the highest quality representation in each case in which he is involved.
