Kyle grew up in nearby Evans, Ga., and was a member of Greenbrier High School’s back-to-back state champion baseball teams in 2006 and 2007. From there, Kyle attended the University of Georgia where he obtained his undergraduate degree in 2011. After being awarded a full scholarship to law school, Kyle earned his law degree from the University of Georgia in 2014, graduating in the top 25% of his class. After law school, Kyle began his career in Augusta with the firm.

Kyle’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, including medical malpractice and professional liability defense, premises liability, construction litigation, automobile liability cases, and other general litigation matter. Kyle has represented individuals, private companies, and governmental entities and is admitted to practice in all Georgia trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court, as well as federal courts in the Northern and Southern District of Georgia.

Away from the office, Kyle is a member and past board member of the Augusta West Rotary Club. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, watching sports, travelling, eating good food, and most importantly cheering on the Dawgs.
