David J. Hymel

David practices both civil litigation defense and business law. As an associate, David has over three years of experience in a wide array of practice areas, including long term care defense and sales contract drafting and review. He is committed to working hard for every client, giving each matter his full attention and carefully guiding clients through whatever complex legal problems they may face. He seeks practical resolutions to disputes that best serve his clients’ interests and does not back down from a fight.

Elizabeth A. McLeod

Beth has been with Fulcher Hagler since graduating from law school in 1994. She has many years of experience in both Georgia and South Carolina and has handled high exposure cases in difficult venues. Her primary litigation practice areas are medical malpractice defense and railroad defense, although she has represented clients in a wide variety of areas. She also enjoys an active employment law practice, which includes drafting employee handbooks, providing general employment law advice, handling EEOC charges, and litigating ADA, ADEA, Title VII, and FLSA claims.
