David J. Hymel

David practices both civil litigation defense and business law. As an associate, David has over three years of experience in a wide array of practice areas, including long term care defense and sales contract drafting and review. He seeks practical resolutions to disputes that best serve his clients’ interests and does not back down from a fight.

Mark Shaefer

Mark Shaefer is an Augusta native and is admitted to practice in both Georgia and Alabama.  His legal career is a fusion of scientific insight, advocacy, and trial experience and stands as a testament to versatility as an asset in the practice of law.  He joined as counsel for Fulcher Hagler in October 2023.

Samuel J. Adams

Sam represents small businesses and lower middle-market companies in the healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and services industries, often serving as an outside general counsel for companies without an internal legal department. Sam assists clients with business formation and structure, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, operations, regulatory compliance, commercial real estate leasing and acquisitions, and commercial disputes.
